Louis Anthony Vigliotti is a graduate from the University of North Florida with a B.S. and a M.S. in Civil Engineering. Before owning LAV Engineering PLLC., and LAV Structural Solutions, LLC., he has worked for several other Land Development Architectural Engineering firms in Ormond Beach and Jacksonville, FL. He gained his expertise in his engineering career by working for the Northeast Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) as a Wastewater Engineer; and The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) in Jacksonville, FL as a Project Manager for the Formerly Used Defense Sites Program and in Omaha, NE as a Project Manager for the Fueling Systems Mandatory Center for Expertise.

In 2015 he moved back to his hometown of Ormond Beach, FL where he obtained his Certified Master Plumbers License, Certified General Contractors License and Professional Engineering License for the state of Florida. With his new licensures, he was able to run Lou’s Plumbing, a well established business in Ormond Beach, and formed LAV Engineering, PLLC, and most recently LAV Structural Solutions, LLC.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, cooking, fishing and surfing. He likes to travel whenever possible, especially if it takes him to a killer surfing or fishing location. And he is a “foodie” so he does enjoy trying new food wherever his travels take him.

José M. Rivera Rodríguez is a seasoned Professional Engineer with an extensive career spanning over nineteen years. Education stands as a cornerstone of his journey, marked by the attainment of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus.

Martín's career has been a testament to his multifaceted expertise, ranging from project management, estimation, inspection and quality control across diverse projects, encompassing federal initiatives, upscale commercial endeavors, and private construction ventures.

Beyond technical proficiency, Martín boasts a spectrum of technical skills and certifications that augment his capacity to navigate complex projects seamlessly. His adeptness in MEP, structural elements, documentation, and compliance with building codes stands as a testament to his comprehensive skill set.

When Martín has spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking international and authentic Puerto Rican food, traveling, fishing and off the grid camping.

As the Office Manager at LAV Structural Solutions, Pamela Pellegrino plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our structural inspection firm. With a passion for organization, a keen eye for detail, and a dedication to efficiency, Pamela is the backbone of our administrative team. She brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the company. Her responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks. Pamela is known for her exceptional multitasking abilities, and is always ready to tackle any administrative challenge and find creative solutions to ensure the office runs smoothly.
